18-Year-Old Shot And Killed In Largo

LARGO, MD – A fatal shooting in Largo, resulting in the death of 18-year-old Marquise Williams from Landover, is under investigation by the Prince George’s County Police Department’s Homicide Unit.

The incident occurred on Monday afternoon, at around 12:30 PM, in the 600 block of Harry S Truman Drive. Responding officers found Williams in a parking lot with a gunshot wound and pronounced him dead at the scene. Another adult male, also shot, was taken to a hospital for treatment and has been released.

Initial findings indicate that Williams and the second male exchanged gunfire during a conflict. The Homicide Unit, working with the State’s Attorney’s Office, is considering potential criminal charges.
