The winning ticket, worth $18,715.50, was purchased at Y W Super Dollar located at 218-08 Hempstead Ave in Queens Village.
Take 5 numbers are drawn from a field of one through 39, with drawings televised twice daily at 2:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. Winners have up to one year from the drawing date to claim their prize.
