The unnamed player won the seven-figure prize through the online-exclusive connect-style game, which is accessible via computer, tablet, or mobile device. According to the Pennsylvania Lottery, Million Dollar Countdown offers two play modes — Standard and Power Hour — and features the ability to multiply winnings up to 63 times, activate bonus games, or unlock up to 10 free rounds.

The $1 million prize was awarded during standard game play. The winning moment occurred online and was automatically credited to the winner’s account following standard validation procedures.

This win adds to the growing popularity of the Lottery’s digital platform, where players can also buy tickets for traditional draw games like Powerball®, Mega Millions®, Cash4Life®, and Match 6 Lotto.
