20-Year-Old Man in Critical Condition After Shooting on West Franklin Street

BALTIMORE, MD — A 20-year-old male is in critical but stable condition following a shooting that occurred Thursday evening in the 600 block of West Franklin Street. The victim sought treatment at a local hospital around 7:50 p.m., where police responded.

Central District Shooting detectives have taken over the investigation.
