The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating 20-year-old Missing Person Harold Zaire Southerland. He was last seen at 11:30 P.M., on Saturday, May 7, 2022, on the 58XX block of Opal Street.
He is 5’9″, 225 lbs., heavy build, medium brown complexion, brown hair, brown eyes and was last seen wearing a black Nike hooded sweatshirt, red/black/gray sneakers and black Under Armour sweatpants.
