ZANESVILLE, OHIO  – Kelly McCoy of Zanesville won $20,000 playing the Ohio Lottery Scratch-Off, Cash Explosion Cashword. 

After mandatory state and federal taxes totaling 28 percent, McCoy will receive $14,400. 
 
She purchased her winning ticket at Zanesville Moto Mart #4108 located at 2341 Maple Ave.
