$20,000 Winning Lottery Ticket Sold in Manhattan

NEW YORK – A top-prize winning ticket for the Feb. 27 TAKE 5 MIDDAY drawing was sold in Manhattan, the New York Lottery announced.

The ticket, worth $19,248, was purchased at Host Deli & Grocery, located at 880 Amsterdam Avenue.

TAKE 5 numbers are drawn from a field of one through 39, with drawings held twice daily at 2:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m.

Lottery winners have up to one year from the drawing date to claim their prizes.
