Manchester Receives $33K For Recycling Efforts

NEW JERSEY – New Jersey’s municipalities will receive more than $15 million in state recycling grants to help implement and enhance local recycling efforts, Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) Commissioner Bob Martin announced.
