HS ICE HOCKEY: Toms River North and Jackson Memorial Tie 3-3

Goalie Noah Maikish made 48 saves for the Toms River North High School hockey team Wednesday as the Mariners skated to a 3-3 tie with visiting Jackson Memorial.

Nick Pica scored a goal and had two assists for Toms River North. Jeffrey Fischer and Brett Schneider each had a goal and an assist for the Mariners.

Nick Swain and Trevor Cear each scored a goal and had one assist for the Jaguars. Joseph Jablonski III had a goal and Connor Lowrey and James Termine each had one assist. Matt Pousson stopped 21 of the 24 shots he faced in net for Jackson Memorial.
