HS BOYS BASKETBALL: Brick Township Hangs On To Beat Pinelands Regional 69-65

The Brick Township High School boys basketball team had a 19-point lead at the end of the third quarter Friday but barely withstood a late charge by visiting Pinelands Regional to beat the Wildcats, 69-65.

Kenny Buell scored 17 points and had six steals for the Green Dragons. Brandon Williams added 13 points and 10 rebounds and Joe Destafano scored 12 points for Brick Township.

Luke Stambaugh led all scorers with 24 points and David Lunn added 22 for Pinelands Regional.
