HS WRESTLING: Brick Township Defeats Toms River South 45-27

The Brick Township High School wrestling team had five pins Friday on its way to a 45-27 win over host Toms River South.

Joe Ferigne, Jonathan Mora, Dean Helstowski, Anthony Rusignuolo and James Jachim earned pins for the Green Dragons, who also won three decisions and one forfeit.

The Indians got pins from Owen McClave and Cole Corrigan. Nicholas Gallicchio won a 15-0 technical fall over Jacob Konstantoulas at 126 pounds and Zach Martin won a 12-3 major decision over Trent Adams at 120 pounds for Toms River South. The Indians also won one match by forfeit.
