HS BOYS BASKETBALL: Toms River North Beats Toms River East 89-79

Jaden Rhoden scored 25 points Wednesday to lead the visiting Toms River North High School boys basketball team to an 89-79 win over Toms River East.

Mike Nyisztor scored 21 points and Darrion Carrington added 16 for the Mariners, who trailed by one point at the end of the first quarter.

Ryan West led all scorers with 30 points for the Raiders. Phil Lingat scored 19 points while Zaire Dorn and Bailey Engelhard each scored 10 points for Toms River East.
