HS GIRLS BASKETBALL: Toms River East Comes Back to Beat Toms River North 46-45

The Toms River East High School girls basketball team trailed by seven points at halftime Tuesday but used a strong fourth quarter to edge past visiting Toms River North, 46-45.

Kaitlin Lister scored 14 points for the Raiders, who outscored the Mariners 14-7 in the fourth quarter. Kamryn Lister, Jenna Platten and Sydney Schuler scored eight points each for Toms River East.

Ashley Tutzauer scored 21 points and Amanda Johnson added nine for Toms River North.
