Man killed by cops after allegedly holding girlfriend at knifepoint in Manchester

MANCHESTER — A man killed by police allegedly held his girlfriend at knifepoint, pulled a knife on officers and couldn’t be subdued by non-lethal rounds before Ocean County SWAT officers shot him at a mobile home park early Saturday, the state Attorney General’s Office said.
