HS GIRLS BASKETBALL: Red Bank Catholic Beats Toms River East 58-33

Amanda Hart scored 13 points Thursday as the sixth-seeded Red Bank Catholic High School girls basketball team defeated visiting Toms River East, 58-33, in the second round of the Shore Conference Tournament.

Hayley Moore scored 11 points and Rose Caverly added eight for the Caseys, who held a 32-17 lead at halftime.

Kaitlin Lister led the 11th-seeded Raiders with 12 points. Kristen Lister scored eight points and Sydney Schuler added five for Toms River East.
