Watch: Attorney Tries to Block Media from Lakewood Zoning Board Meeting

“The public has the right to record, but not at my expense as an attorney,” said an attorney at a recent Lakewood Planning Board meeting. The video captured by Lakewood’s First Amendment Activist shows how developers and those representing them at contentious planning boards and zoning boards across northern Ocean County are starting to feel the heat as pressure increases across the board to cease irresponsible growth in that part of the county.

The Lakewood First Amendment Activist claimed the attorney was trying to remove him from recording the public meeting.
