Toms River Farmer’s Market Opens for the Season

TOMS RIVER-Toms River Mayor Thomas Kelaher and Councilman Hill were on hand to officially cut the ribbon to the Farmer’s Market in downtown Toms River for the 2018 season.

While the action is ceremonial in nature, it marks the beginning of a new summer season in the township as the farmer’s market is a hot spot in town each week as residents from from surrounding riverside communities to buy fresh produce and products from the local vendors.

The Toms River farmer’s market is one of the state’s many “Jersey Fresh” destinations to buy locally grown produce and local handmade goods.

The Farmers Market is located on Hadley Avenue, on the lawn of the Ocean County Parking Garage. This year you can find fresh produce, Cream Ridge Winery, High Mountain Foods, Krowicki’s Farm, Wicked Good Spice Mixes and more! FREE Parking in the County Parking Garage.
