92 Apartments Being Proposed at Busy Brick Intersection

BRICK-The “Triangle” intersection of Route 88, Burrsville Road and Jack Martin Boulevard is an already heavily trafficked area, but a new apartment project proposal could add even more vehicles to the equation.

Kamson Corporation, who manages large apartment complexes across New Jersey, including several in Ocean County, once planned to build a hotel at this intersection, but now says it will build a 92 unit apartment complex on the 9 acre lot.

Additionally, 5,000 square feet of retail space will be constructed at the site.

A hearing before the Zoning Board of Adjustment for the application will be held on September 26th at 7pm at the Brick Township Municipal Complex.
