Shore Elite Training Studios (SETS): Train for a CURE Fundraiser Oct 20-21st

Good morning,

I hope this email finds you well. I’m reaching out to inform you about an upcoming charitable event that J-Town news may have interest in covering. Over the weekend of October 20-21, Shore Elite Training Studios (SETS) gyms of Freehold & Jackson, will be working out for a cause! Teaming up with Susan G. Komen, SETS will be hosting a fun-filled weekend with vendors, work outs, competitions, and most importantly, fundraising for a local family affected by breast cancer. Both days we will be offering two hybrid training sessions followed by a “SETS Olympics Competition.” The SETS competition will consist of a combination of rowing, biking, burpees, and running challenges.

We will be hosting this event at our Jackson location on Saturday, October 20th and at our Freehold location on Sunday, October 21st. Our event details are as follows:

Class Schedule:
7:30AM | Hybrid Training Class
8:30AM | Hybrid Training Class
9:30AM | SETS Olympics Competition
(Olympic Event: Individual 1000m Row, 1.5 mile assault bike, 20 burpees, .25 run)

Fundraiser Dates & Locations:
Saturday, October 20th at SETS Jackson (4797, 180 N. County Line Road, Jackson)
Sunday, October 21st at SETS Freehold (32 Thoreau Drive, Freehold)
Proceeds will benefit Komen CSNJ and a local family in need.
