Lakewood Police Door to Door Operation Catches Residents by Surprise

LAKEWOOD-Before Thanksgiving, Lakewood Police Officers went banging on doors in the community with a purpose.   No, they weren’t serving warrants, they were serving Thanksgiving dinners to those in need within their community.

“Lakewood’s PBA local #71, surprised a few families in the area with a Thanksgiving Turkey,” the department said.  “Bringing smiles of joy for the festive family gathering.”
