It Was Raining Money Today at MetLife Stadium

EAST RUTHERFORD, .N.J.- It’s too bad the Giants or Jets weren’t around when it happened, but today, on Route 3, money from a Brinks armored truck began letting cash and coins loose on the highway.   Passersby stopped their vehicles to collect money as it blew around the highway.

The Jets and Giants could have used some of that money to help their teams out of the bottom of their respective divisions.

According to witnesses, a vehicle hit the Brinks truck from behind while it was transporting the money, forcing the doors open.
