Jackson Police Break Off Chase, Issue Arrest Warrant on Driver Fleeing

JACKSON-On Christmas morning, Jackson Police Officers Kyle Stybe and Kevin Kleinknecht responded to a residence on Indiero Road on the report of a suspicious vehicle. The officers arrived on scene and observed the vehicle leaving. Officer Stybe followed the vehicle onto Diamond Road where he activated his emergency lights to conduct a motor vehicle stop and was able to identify the vehicle as belonging to a male subject who had been involved in numerous disputes with the victim. The suspect disregarded the officer’s attempt to stop it as it traveled onto Leesville Road, Cassville Road and then onto Reed Road where the pursuit was terminated. A warrant was signed for the 35 year old male suspect for eluding along with numerous motor vehicle violations.
