Brick Mayor Recognizes Police Officers, EMS for Service to the Community

BRICK-Brick Township Mayor John Ducey awarded proclamations on behalf of the community to the police officers and emergency service workers in honor of Mental Health Awareness Month and in recognition of National Emergency Services Week.

“Mayor Ducey and the Township Council recognized Mental Health Awareness Month and National Emergency Medical Services Week at Tuesday’s Council Meeting. Proclamations and Resolutions were presented to the Brick Township Police EMS and the Police Department for their efforts to combat the stigma associated with mental health and substance abuse disorders and help those experiencing those disorders,” the township said.
