TOMS RIVER-On Wednesday December 5, 2019, Toms River Police Units responded to the Walmart (950 Route 37 West) for a report of a deceased party located in the wood line on the west side of the property. Upon arrival, the woman was identified as Mary Tomasuolo, a 56 year old homeless female.
A subsequent investigation by the Toms River Police Department Detective Bureau and The Ocean County Sheriff’s Department CSI Unit revealed no signs of foul play. The investigation is ongoing at this time.
