Philly Transportation Service Reverses Decision After Man Taken by Police from Bus Goes Viral

PHILADELPHIA-After a video of a man being pulled from a SEPTA bus here last week went viral, the transportation authority has announced it’s changing its policy for travelers.

“While SEPTA urges riders to cover their faces, those who refuse will not be barred entry to the system,” a statement released by SEPTA said today.

The policy reverses an earlier one that required all passengers to wear a protective face mask.
