PERTH AMBOY, NJ – It has become common in New Jersey during Governor Phil  Murphy’s total shutdown of the state for people to pass by each other’s homes or businesses for birthday parades, parades for those recently released from the hospital and even just general “make somebody happy” vehicle parades.  Now, police in one town are cracking down, issuing traffic tickets and charging people walking in the street, for being too close, even those with masks.
