Asbury Park Police Jump Into Ocean in Uniform to Save Distressed Swimmer

Asbury Park, NJ – Asbury Park Police officers saw a man in distress in the Atlantic Ocean and rushed into the water in full gear and uniform to rescue the man.  The man was treated at the scene by EMT’s and taken to the hospital.  No official release by the Asbury Park Police Department has been issued yet.
