HAMPTON BORO, NJ – New Jersey State Police Superintendent Patrick Callahan today said that police officers broke up a house party in Hampton Boro, in Hunterdon County after a large house party was reported. Over 100 people were in the home when police arrived and two citations were issued, according to Callahan. They were cited for EO violations and serving alcohol minors. According to Governor Phil Murphy’s executive order, indoor parties cannot have more than 50 guests or 25% of a building’s capacity, whichever is lower. Throughout the summer, this is sure to be one of the remaining executive orders that will be reported by the Karens of New Jersey to local police departments.
