After Not Getting Paid, Man and His Mom Stole Propane Tank from Boss

JACKSON TOWNSHIP, NJ –  When he was owed money for doing work and his employer wouldn’t pay, he took matters into his own hands.  A 19-year-old and his mom stole a propane tank from the man’s employer.

Jackson Township police officers responded to a Farmers Lane residence on the report of a trespassing complaint. It was learned that a 48-year-old female and her 19-year-old son had come to the residence in an attempt to collect money owed to the 19-year-old from an employer. When the debt was not paid, instead of handling the matter in civil court, the female stole a propane tank from the residence. P.O. Keith Uricks charged the female with theft. She was released pending a court appearance.
