With Phillies in Quarantine, Yankees will Play the Orioles Tonight

BALTIMORE, MD – The New York Yankees were supposed to play the Philadelphia Phillies tonight.  The Orioles were supposed to play the Miami Marlins.  Then COVID-19 happened and Derek Jeter’s Marlins all went down with the coronavirus while playing the Phillies.  That also leaves the entire Phillies team in quarantine with the Marlins for 14 days.

With their schedule freed up, Major League Baseball sent the Yankees down to Maryland to play the Orioles tonight.  The Yankees head to Baltimore with a 2-1 record after winning their opening series against the Washington Nationals.
