PLEASANTVILLE- An 18-year-old man was shot and killed Tuesday evening in Pleasantville, Atlantic County Prosecutor Damon G. Tyner announced.
Last night, Pleasantville Police responded to Edgeley Avenue in Pleasantville after receiving a 911 call at 10:14 p.m. Investigators from the ACPO Major Crimes Unit also responded to the scene to begin their investigation.
Byron Jones, 18, of Pleasantville was located at the scene with multiple gunshot wounds. An autopsy was scheduled to be completed on Wednesday. This is an ongoing and cooperative between ACPO Major Crimes Unit and the Pleasantville Police Department.
