New Restaurant, Gas Station, Convenience Store, Office Building Proposed at E. Vets/Cross Street Intersection

JACKSON TOWNSHIP, NJ – “528 LLC” is proposing to build a new gas station, restaurant and minimart and office building on the north side of the intersection of East Veterans Highway and Cross Street.  A hearing is scheduled for Wednesday night’s planning board meeting. According to the application, a 12,800 square foot retail/office building with a restaurant will be built on the site, along with a 5,525 square foot mini-mart convenience store and gas station.  Additionally, there will be another 16,000 square foot retail/commercial building with another restaurant.
