JACKSONVILLE, FL – How cute is that? A Jacksonville girl, Miss Tyanna Hatchell is the winner of the $100 gift card in the city’s police department Selfie with a Cop Contest. Hatchell was the fan favorite with 261 votes at the end of the day. The photo is with Community Services Officer Julius Acosta, who serves as the Community Services Officer for Northwoods Elementary School. The department thanked her mom, Kimberly Thomas, for the entry. “We appreciate all who participated and the positive support for our officers,” the department said.
