STOCKTON, CA – A Stockton man who was running an illegal massage parlor has been charged for rape and sexual assault.
“Thanks to the help of our community members, after a lengthy investigation, a search warrant was served today at the 1900 block of 9th Street in Stockton,” the San Qoaqin Sheriff’s Department said. “A well-known member within the Hispanic community for his gift of massage (despite not having any schooling in the matter) Emiliano Canada-Vargas, 53, was arrested for several felonies including forcible rape and sexual assault.”
At this time Sheriff’s officers say they have several victims that were very brave to come forward. However, Canada-Vargas has been in this business for approximately 30 years and people come to see him from all over. We believe there may be other victims.
