On November 13, 2020 at 8:51 am, and unknown black male was captured on surveillance video firing a handgun at a passing vehicle on the 2300 block of Cleveland St. Ballistic evidence was recovered from the scene. Area hospitals were checked for a gunshot victim with negative results. Suspect Description: Black male wearing a dark puffy coat with a design on the front, a two tone cap, dark pants with stripes down the side and gray boots. If you see this suspect do not approach, contact 911 immediately.
