COVID-19 Does Not Stop Highland County Sheriffs Department From Serving Warrants

HIGHLAND COUNTY, FL – Are you wanted by the law? Are you dodging your child support?  Dealing drugs out of your house?  If you think your recent COVID-19 diagnosis will put off the Highland County Sheriff’s Department, think again.  The Highland County Sheriff’s Department pictured here is serving an active warrant at a home where everyone in the house has tested COVID-19 positive, but the Special Victims Unit needed to serve a warrant at the home.  The department said they will gladly don their “spacesuits” to enforce the law and protect their residents.
