Chaos reigns in Portland as Another person shot on Black Friday

PORTLAND, OR – On November 27, 2020, at about 2:30 p.m., Portland Police responded to the report of a shooting in the area of Northwest Glisan Street and Northwest Broadway.
Police arrived to find that a person had been shot. The shooting victim was transported to an area hospital.  Additional information will be released at the direction of investigators.
