LANCASTER, PA – On 11/26/20 a domestic disturbance was reported involving moving vehicles in the area of the 1500 block of Rothsville Road in Warwick Township. During the rolling domestic Andrew Feliciano was chasing after the victim and intentionally used his vehicle to strike the other vehicle. The argument continued after a brief stop on the road until the victim was able to get away. Andrew fled the scene at a high rate of speed then crashed on E. Newport Road at Millway Road striking an uninvolved Tesla with 4 occupants. One occupant of the Tesla was transported to the hospital for injuries.
