Panama City Police charged two for dealing meth out of Marie Motel

PANAMA CITY, FL –  The Panama City Police Department announces the arrest of 59-year-old Mary Elizabeth Moseley and 59-year-old Michael Jerome Willis. In response to citizen complaints about the illegal distribution of controlled substances taking place at the Marie Motel, located at 545 Magnolia Avenue, members of the Street Crimes Unit initiated a narcotics investigation.

The investigation resulted in a search warrant being executed on Moseley’s and Willis’s residence located at the Marie Motel on December 1st, 2020. During the search, Investigators seized approximately 111 grams of methamphetamine, distributional amounts of marijuana, alprazolam, diazepam, and $800 in suspected drug proceeds.
Mary Moseley was arrested on the following charges:
– Trafficking in methamphetamine
– Possession of marijuana with intent to distribute
– Possession of alprazolam with intent to distribute
– Possession of diazepam with intent to distribute
– Keeping and Maintaining Nuisance Drug House
– Illegal use of a two-way communication device
– Possession of new legend drug
– Possession of drug paraphernalia
Michael Willis was arrested on the following charges:
– Trafficking in methamphetamine
– Possession of marijuana with intent to distribute
– Possession of alprazolam with intent to distribute
– Possession of diazepam with intent to distribute
– Keeping and Maintaining Nuisance Drug House
– Possession of new legend drug
– Possession of drug paraphernalia
