LOS ANGELES, CA – At 7:48PM on December 5, 2020 the Los Angeles City Fire Department responded to a reported structure fire in the 23100 block of W Baltar St in West Hills. 26 firefighters handled a well involved, one story, single family dwelling in 37 minutes.
