Baltimore man arrested for murder of 23-year-old Jazzeind Fulton

BALTIMORE, MD – On December 8, 2020, Warrant Apprehension Task Force detectives and members of the US Marshals Taskforce, arrested 40 year-old Keith Gregory Taylor in Northwest Baltimore.  Taylor was wanted for the April 19, 2020, 1st Degree Murder of 23 year-old Jazzeind Kashif Fulton, that occurred in the 2300 block of Evergreen Street.
