DALLAS, TX – Detectives with the Dallas Vehicle Crimes Unit are seeking assistance with locating the suspects involved in the ACCIDENT INVOLVING INJURY (“Hit-N-Run” Accident), which occurred on Sunday, November 1, 2020, at approximately 5:15 p.m. The suspect vehicle struck the victim at the 4500 block of Frankford Road, near the NTTA Tollway. The suspects then fled the scene on foot.
