Two shot, teen killed in Tulsa restaurant parking lot shootout

TULSA, OK   A Tulsa teenager was shot dead at a private party held at a local restaurant. Police say a fight broke out between several people and it escalated when somebody pulled out a gun and started shooting.  One teen, Demarcos Rodriguez was shot dead and another was injured during a shootout.  Police located several shell casings in the parking lot at 31st and Memorial.
According to police, on 12/20/2020 at 1:18 am, Tulsa Police Officers responded to a shots fired call in the area of 2600 S. Memorial. There, we found a club that was holding a private birthday party had devolved into a shootout with multiple rounds fired. 18-year-old victim Demarcos Rodriguez, had been transported to the hospital by a private car and later died.  A second victim was shot in the leg.
