BALTIMORE, MD – On December 29, 2020, at approximately 3:26 a.m., Southern District patrol officers responded to the 1900 block of Ramsay Street for a ShotSpotter alert. As officers canvased the area, they located an adult female suffering from a gunshot wound to the arm and buttocks and a 29 year-old male suffering from a gunshot wound to the back. Both victims were located in the 2100 block of Ashton Street.
Medics transported the victims to area hospitals for treatment. A preliminary investigation revealed that the victims were walking in the 1900 block of Ramsey Street when an unidentified suspect began shooting.
