DALLAS, TX – The Dallas Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Critical Missing Person Bobby Leon Phifer. On January 8, 2021, at around 7:00 p.m., Bobby Phifer was last seen on foot walking along the 4900 block of Moss Point Road. Bobby may need assistance.
Bobby is described as a 9-year-old Black male with black hair and brown eyes. He is about 4’8″ tall and weighs about 100 pounds. Bobby was last seen wearing a white long sleeved shirt, black Nike sweatpants, and white Nike tennis shoes.
