Young man shot in head in Baltimore pronounced dead

BALTIMORE, MD – A young man who was the victim of an assassination style murder in Baltimore has died.  On January 13, 2021, at approximately 1:43 p.m., Northwest District officers responded to the 3900 block of Pinkney Road to investigate a report on an unresponsive individual.  Officers responded to the location and observed a 22 year-old male inside a vehicle suffering from a gunshot wound to the head. The victim was pronounced deceased on scene by medics. Homicide detectives responded and assumed control over the investigation.
