Madera man charged for DWI after being found passed out, drunk in vehicle

MADERA, CA – A Madera man has been charged by police after being found unresponsive in the front seat of his car. “Last night a concerned citizen came across a driver who was passed out behind the wheel. Officers arrived and located David Guerrero 25 years old of Madera, passed out, bottle of beer on his seat, with the vehicle in gear,” the Madera Police Department said. “Luckily, Guerrero had his foot on the brake which kept the vehicle from moving. Guerrero was arrested for driving while intoxicated and booked at Madera County Jail. We would like to send a big thank you to the citizen who reported this dangerous driver.”
