Man arrested for drive by shooting that missed everyone

MADISON HEIGHTS, NY -A drive-by shooter in Madison Heights didn’t hit anything at all according to police, but was able to hit his mark when booked by the Amherst Sheriff’s Office.

On 1/16/2021at 2:42 PM, deputies with the Amherst County Sheriff’s Office responded to the Main St. area of Madison Heights for a report of shots being fired from a vehicle. As a result of the investigation, warrants were obtained and are outstanding on Zachary Logan Brown for reckless handling of a firearm, shooting from a vehicle, and driving on a revoked license.

There were no reported injuries as a result of this incident. Anyone in the public that has information that can help locate BROWN should call the Amherst County Sheriff’s Office at
