Ocean County Republican candidate for Governor Joseph Rudy Rullo today explained why he feels his opponent, Jack Ciattarelli is not fit to be Governor. Rullo said Ciattarelli’s actions were part of an overall plan to undermine the President by the GOP establishment from the minute his campaign started.
