STAFFORD, VA – A man who was hiding in the ceiling of a gym locker room was arrested after he fell through that ceiling on Saturday. It happened at Onelife Fitness on Garrisonville Road when Brian Anthony Joe, 41, a peeping tom had his world fall out from beneath him.
According to the police here, Joe fell ontop of one woman in the locker room and was immediately cornered and held by others until police arrived.
He has been charged with burglary, three counts of peeping or spying into a building and vandalism. He is being held without bond at the Rappahannock Regional Jail. This is still an active investigation.
The female was checked for injuries by rescue personnel at the scene, but was not injured. The suspect fell approximately ten feet and was not injured.
